AI tools won’t fix your bad concert marketing

AI might save time, but it can’t make bland posts engaging. Lasting results come from strategy and content that speak to your audience.

AI tools won’t fix your bad concert marketing

Whether you’re a musician or an arts organisation, promoting concerts is hard. Creating social media posts and emails requires time and creativity. If you want to dive deeper with bespoke posts and ads for different audience types, it’s going to take more time and energy. So it’s only right that musicians and arts organisations are looking to AI to help promote concerts. The thing is, AI won’t fix bad concert marketing.

I’ve recently seen a trend where there are now more AI tools and companies on the market that can “help” with marketing. If you’re a musician, you can use things like ChatGPT to help write posts, but there are now dedicated tools to promote you and your music to potential fans. There are even more options for arts organisations, companies that promise to increase ticket sales by using AI to analyse your existing audience and create bespoke ads for social media.
